Curtis Stone "Take Home Chef"

"Take Home Chef"
Top Chef Curtis Stone

Curtis Stone is a famous Australian chef, author and t.v. personality, with a simple philosophy-buy seasonal, organic ingredients, keep recipes simple, and the food will speak for itself. I am familiar with Curtis  from watching his hit show "Take Home Chef" on TLC, which started in 2007.

He inspires people to think seasonally, allowing home cooks to create recipes with the fresh produce that is currently available. Writing down recipes on index cards can help. I will be creating and organzing these with menu planning in mind in a future post. Look for it soon called "How to Organize your Recipes by Seasons." I have included him in my Organic Food section because I think we can learn a thing or two from this classically trained chef. Shall we begin?

I would start out at his official website, www.curtisstone.com. You can find video clips with cooking tips and recipes. This is also where you will find some cook books that will soon become household favorites.
